Commercial terms

Such sales and delivery conditions shall apply to the purchase of goods carried out on the latter, provided that the other is agreed in writing.

Charges and Payment

All prices are in Danish Kroner's inat. VAT.  At the Neighbor Neighbor, there's a chance to pay with MobilePay, Visa, Dancards, and MasterCard.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offerings and only a discount tag can be used by the count. Order. 10% discount on newsfeed enrollment cannot be used in connection with other discount tags. It is not possible to use discount tags on our gift certificates.

Deliver

We offer free freight in Denmark at the purchase of 499,-. Delivery either via GLS Package Shop or our waymen.

GLS Package Shop

As a starting point, all orders are sent by GLS to pick up in the nearest GLS package shop in relation to the address specified by you.

You will receive an email or SMS when the package is on its way to you and again when the package is ready to pick up on the selected location. Bring image identification as well as package ID.

Delivery of furniture

With deliveries over 20 kilograms, the delivery will take place with our waymen. The delivery is for the curb. After a purchase of furniture, we will contact you with details of the estimated delivery time. Deliver takes place between time 8-16. If you do not have the option to be at home, you can type in the comment field that the furniture must be displayed, for example, carport or scurb. When we're ready to deliver, you will be contacted by our inventory and in Appointments Requested Delivery Date.

If there is no home when the cargo man arrives, and it is not agreed that the order is to be ordered, the wayman will take the order back to our warehouse. Then we will contact you for the agreement of new delivery time. We are pointing out that the responsibility has been passed on to you (the Customer) when the product is set as agreed. The agency shall not be liable for any damage or loss of the person concerned.

     

    The run :

    • Within 2 weekdays after the order of the order, you receive an estimated delivery date. The average delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks, yet there are some furniture where there is longer delivery time. You are always welcome to contact us before placing your order on info@D.dkfor to get information about the delivery time of a specific product.
    • The day before the delivery date, you will receive an e-mail with information on delivery on the following day. If you have a particular day of the week you want your goods delivered, please enter it in the comment box, or send an e-mail to info@neighbour.dk.
    • If your furniture against anticipation is damaged when you receive them, please report this to us by 24 hours per hour. e-mail : info@Neighbour.dk

    Return

    We provide 30 days of complete return from the day you receive the goods. The goods shall be returned unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as in receipt of the goods. Once we have received the goods and approved the return, we shall reimburse the purchase of the amount to your account as soon as possible. You must bear the costs associated with returning the goods.

    Obs : Goods that are customized can Not returned!

    Reclamation

    The two-year commercials are doing the right thing. If you want to adversate a damaged item, send us an e-mail at info@neighbour.dk. The mail must contain a picture of the damaged item and a description of the advertising.
